Case studies

Systems we’ve built — and still support.

ShopGuard

A retail system with three distinct portals — a platform console for onboarding shops, a per-shop admin for inventory and staff, and a phone-friendly cashier till. Built multi-tenant from the first commit so one deployment can run many shops without them ever seeing each other's data.

DayBook

Three roles, three URL families and one hard tenant boundary. DayBook models a distributor's business the way the business already describes it — as routes — and gives every rep a phone-sized app they sign into with a four-digit PIN.

GuideSL

A two-sided platform covering guide verification, tour planning, booking, payment through a local gateway, commission handling, payouts, reviews and real-time chat — plus an operations console with enough control to resolve a dispute without touching the database.

The starting point

When people call us, “the system” is usually this.

Nothing wrong with any of it. It just stops working once there’s a second branch, a third rep, or a month where the numbers don’t add up.

  • // a chat thread as the inventory

  • // a spreadsheet one person understands

  • // and the note holding it all together

How we deliver

From first call to production, in two-week sprints.

Scope agreed before work starts, a live demo at the end of every sprint, and nothing in production without review and testing.
  1. 01

    Discovery

A call or a short workshop. We want to know who does what, where things break, and what a good day looks like for your business.

  2. 02

    Scope & fixed quote

The features as user stories, the timeline, and one fixed price. You read it, push back, and say yes or no. Nothing is built before you say yes.

  3. 03

    Two-week sprints

Each sprint starts with a plan you agree to and ends with a live demo on a staging link — so you watch it grow, with no big reveal at the end where you find out we misunderstood.

  4. 04

    Release & handover

The code, the hosting, the documentation. We stay close for the first weeks of real use, because that’s when the real questions come up.

Services

Priced to the scope. In writing.

Every system is different, so every quote is too. After a short discovery call you get a written scope and one fixed price to approve before anything is built.
  • You own the code, data and hosting
  • No per-seat or per-till licences
  • Support after launch, on an agreed plan
